Danielle da Costa Leite Borges
Her professional activity is concentrated mainly in the fields of private and consumer law. She graduated in Law at Rio de Janeiro State University in 1998, the same year in which she was admitted to practice law by the Brazilian Bar Association (Rio de Janeiro Section). Danielle was also recently admitted to practice law by the Portuguese Bar Association, Lisbon Section (2017). She holds a PhD in Law and a LL.M. degree in International, Comparative and European Law from the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence and a master degree in Public Health from the Brazilian School of Public Health (FIOCRUZ).

Leonardo Heringer Matos
His professional activity focuses mainly on judicial and extrajudicial litigation in matters of private law, family law, succession law and administrative law. He graduated in Law at the University of Valença, State of Rio de Janeiro, in 2003, and was admitted to practice law by the Brazilian Bar Association (Rio de Janeiro Section) in 2004.

Mercedes Schumacher
Her professional activity is mostly concentrated on mediation in the fields of family and succession laws. She graduated from the Vale do Rio dos Sinos University in 1977, year in which was admitted to practice law by the Brazilian Bar Association (Rio Grande do Sul Section). Mercedes is currently registered as a practicing lawyer at the Rio de Janeiro Section of the Brazilian Bar Association. She holds specialization degrees on administrative regulatory law for economic development from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2000) and on public policy from the Research Institute of Rio de Janeiro-IUPERJ (2010).

Tulio Faraco
His professional experience concentrates on judicial litigation in the field of private law and on administrative litigation in the fields of administrative and regulatory law. Tulio holds a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1989) as well as a specialization degree in Competition Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro 2000. He was admitted to practice by the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro Section, in 1989.

Mario Viola de Azevedo Cunha
His professional experience concentrates mostly on providing legal advice in the areas of private law, insurance law, privacy and data protection law, as well as on Internet Law, e Commerce regulation and ICT Law. Mario has a B.A. in Law from Gama Filho University, specialization degrees in consumer law (Rio de Janeiro State University, 2001) and in private law (Fluminense Federal University, 1999), Master Degrees in Private Law (Rio de Janeiro State University, 2008) and in International, European and Comparative Laws (European University Institute, 2008), and a PhD in Law (European University Institute, 2011). Mario is admitted to practice law in Brazil (since 1998) and in Portugal (since 2015). He is the author of “Privacy and Insurance: the collection and use of data pertaining to people and health” and “Market Integration through Data Protection: an analysis of the insurance and financial industries in the EU”, as well as of many articles and book chapters.
